MLS SIGN UP PROCESS If you have not completed the data form or listing agreement please read the following instructions.
On the left side of this page click on the listing agreement.
Print, complete, sign and fax back to us.
The data form can be completed online. On the left side of the page select the appropriate data form (house-MLS data form, condo/twnhse form, vacant land form) complete and submit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PHOTOSIt is required by the MLS that you submit at least 1 picture prior to listing your property on the MLS. Six photos can be posted on your listing (no larger than 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels tall and no larger than 400KB each. Please email to photos@by-ownermls.com .
Once we receive the faxed listing agreement, data form, payment, and photos we will list the property within 24 hours. Listings received on Friday will be posted on Monday.
