The Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service is comprised of seven Central Florida real estate boards with nearly 10,000 members and includes the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Greater Lake, Osceola, East Polk, Bartow, West Volusia and Lakeland Associations of Realtors.

We pay an annual fee to the Realtors® Association for the right to publish information about your home in the computer system and agree to pay a commission to any agent that has a buyer for your home.
